Processing Times

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day. During high‑volume periods (sales, holidays, new releases), processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and begin after your order has been processed.

Typical delivery windows:

• Domestic Shipping: 2–7 business days
• International Shipping: 7–21 business days


Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or unforeseen circumstances.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking updates may take up to 24–48 hours to appear.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

International shipments may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes. These charges are determined by your country’s customs office and are the customer’s responsibility.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

We are not liable for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery is confirmed by the carrier. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can assist with a claim.

Pre‑Orders & Backorders

Items marked as pre‑order or backorder will ship on the estimated date listed on the product page. Orders containing both in‑stock and pre‑order items may ship together unless otherwise specified.

Shipping Restrictions

Some items may have shipping restrictions due to size, weight, or regional regulations. If an item cannot be shipped to your location, you will be notified before your order is processed.
